We got our chance, going from San Martin de los Andes to Mendoza, via Neuqeun.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lisaandtony.com\/travelblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/busmap.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-203\" title=\"busmap\" src=\"http:\/\/lisaandtony.com\/travelblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/busmap.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"456\" height=\"492\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The terrain from San Martin to Neuquen is pretty much a high desert and according to our friend Joey, what the majority of Patagonia really looks like, not what you see in Torres del Paine in Chile or in El Chalten, which are super exotic.<\/p>\n<p>Here we are an hour in to the trip to Neuquen:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"On the road to Neuquen, Argentina by T.
