Chen, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/tony-chen\/4824636705\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4073\/4824636705_fa1d5ed067_z.jpg\" alt=\"Group photo\" width=\"640\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yes, we&#8217;re in Asia, so we have to &#8220;FOB&#8221; out our photos. \u00a0That means, doing the peace sign in all your photos.<\/p>\n<p>Mari Mari Cultural Village is a recreation of tribal life in Borneo &#8211; similar to cultural\/dancing shows you&#8217;d find in Hawaii or Disneyworld. \u00a0Yeah, it&#8217;s a bit cheesy for sure, but still educational and fun. \u00a0 We (and by &#8216;we&#8217; it&#8217;s really Tony) got to do things like:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trampoline Jumping <\/strong>&#8211; two guys jump on the bamboo trampoline while the third times it so that the platform slings him up high enough so he can touch the ornament up at the top of the photo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"Launching off the trampoline by T. Chen, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/tony-chen\/4825239160\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4121\/4825239160_3b41479079_b.jpg\" alt=\"Launching off the trampoline\" width=\"548\" height=\"819\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Here&#8217;s my attempt&#8230; not enough air&#8230; gotta lose a few lbs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"Jumping by T. Chen, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/tony-chen\/4824636081\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4101\/4824636081_3ddbc91c22_z.jpg\" alt=\"Tattoo\" width=\"640\" height=\"429\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking in Bamboo &#8211; <\/strong>You basically choose your raw ingredients like chicken, ginger, chili, garlic, etc. and then put them in a palm leaf lined bamboo. \u00a0The bamboo sticks are placed on a fire while they cook (think of it like steaming in aluminum foil).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a title=\"Cooking in Bamboo by T.
